This is a painting I made for a gallery. It's an experimental painting created with the themes of stitched together, constrained and chaos.

The surface was created through a collage of black materials, primarily fabrics, stitched together. The materials include satin, corduroy, twill, padded brocade, vinyl, denim, cotton, felt, canvas, and foam board. I then experimented with applying various marking materials over all the various surfaces. These materials included paint, spray paint, wire, crayons, wax, bleach, glass and fire.
