A guitar hero themed flyer, what an awesome assignment to get. I started by gathering images related to guitar hero and guitars.

I came across an image of this (at the time) yet to be released guitar controller, it was originally red, I made it blue for a the rockin’ color scheme. What’s a guitar theme without a guitar pick? I created a pick image to contain the body text and found a nice handwriting that one can actually read.

The title of this flyer was huge, so I wrapped it around two sides of the flyer. Last element was the rocker in the bottom right. It’s based on a silhouette of a guitarist, but I modified the shape to create my own guitar rocker.

The flyer is fun, eye-catching and it sure got the word out about the tournament.
